We’re very excited to announce the launch of a completely revamped nmta.net. It’s mobile friendly with improved navigation designed to be the port of call to connect members, welcome new members, and feature NMTA’s year-round work for recreational boating and fishing businesses. It allows members to easily find the information they are looking for, whether it’s upcoming events and registrations, industry updates and news, membership benefits, industry career opportunities, member resources, contacting staff, or whatever else a member may need. This significant undertaking was spearheaded by Karsten McIntosh, NMTA’s director of communications. Please dive in and cruise around and contact Karsten if you have feedback or suggestions for improvement: karsten@nmta.net.
In conjunction with the new nmta.net website, Karsten helmed the effort to refresh NMTA’s visual identity along with Bullseye Creative. NMTA’s refreshed logo has an improved shape, a fourth prop blade (to fit all letters of the acronym), a more readable and scalable font, and new color variations. This new logo can be manipulated modularly based on application. There were many variations reviewed for this evolution with the goal of enhancing the old brand without turning from its history.
