Craig Perry’s connection with NMTA stretches back more than two decades, starting in 1999 when he volunteered at the will call booth during the Seattle Boat Show. He made the most of the opportunity by handing out his resume to marine businesses — a move that led to multiple job offers and launched his 15-year career with Marina Management. During that time, Craig managed a number of marinas including Delin Docks, Dock Street Marina, Foss Landing, and the Leschi and Lakewood Marinas. After that, Craig transitioned to another sector of the marine industry, continuing his commitment to boating in the Northwest.

He first joined the NMTA Board in 2012, served as Board Chair from 2017 to 2019, and returned for another term in 2022. As NMTA’s fiscal year ends on June 30, Craig is stepping down from the Board once again.

Throughout his time with NMTA, Craig brought a valuable marina operations perspective to a variety of conversations and initiatives — particularly those touching on environmental and regulatory issues. Thank you, Craig, for your years of commitment and service to NMTA.
