Show layouts for Lumen Field, with indoor booth assignments, will be published on Friday, November 8. Look for an email reminder and a link to the exhibitor website page in this week’s Exhibitor Update. Show layout and slip assignments for Bell Harbor will be available in January. If you have a specific location preference that was not included on your application or already provided via email, please contact Katie McPhail at katiemc@nmta.net.
Other key dates to note:
- November 8 – Exhibitor handbook and all order forms will be available along with booth assignments
- November 11 – Final Invoices will be mailed (payments are due December 2, 2024)
- November 30 – Last day to request a refund, less the $295 application fee and 15% of invoiced space
