The Washington Clean Vessel Act Program is now accepting grant applications for projects to construct, renovate, replace, operate, and maintain boat sewage disposal facilities for recreational vessels. This includes pumpouts, pumpout carts, dump stations, pumpout barges, pumpout boats, and floating restrooms.

Grant applications are due in PRISM by 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 16, 2026. A grant guide is posted on the Clean Vessel Act Program website.
