NMTA is excited to partner with the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA) on the 2025 Marine Dealer Compensation Study, launching August 4 and running through September 10, 2025. This national study, conducted in collaboration with Readex Research, is designed to help marine businesses better understand compensation trends, attract and retain top talent, and benchmark wages and benefits against regional and national standards.
By participating, NMTA members contribute to more robust data for the Pacific Northwest and gain access to valuable workforce insights. NMTA will be sending out targeted communications to encourage member involvement, including email reminders and updates throughout the survey period.
If at least 30 marine retailers in our region complete the survey, NMTA will receive a regional Executive Summary Report, providing localized data specific to Washington and surrounding states.
We strongly encourage all eligible dealers to take part in this important study. Your input helps strengthen our industry and ensures your voice is represented.
