After our fiscal year ends (June 30), the NMTA Board of Trustees requests a FULL audit of that accounting year.  A team of auditors from Clark Nuber spend a week doing an extensive review of the income and expenses for the e financials statements, deposit logs, invoices, etc. Jenntire year and have full access to all NMTA documents; revenue, expenses, checking accounts, investment accounts, boat show applications, expense reports, payroll, Higgins, our director of finance, answers any questions and provides support documents they request. We’re pleased to report that this year was another clean audit with an unmodified opinion, Jen’s 12th and NMTA’s 21st. The NMTA Health Trust also received a clean audit.
