GT Capital, a Seattle-based real estate holding company specializing in the acquisition, development, and operation of commercial and residential properties across the Pacific Northwest, has successfully acquired Dagmars Marina, located on the Snohomish River in Everett. This purchase marks a significant milestone for GT Capital, which last year led a group of investors in acquiring the iconic Smith Tower in Pioneer Square. The acquisition of Dagmars Marina represents their second venture into the marina market.
Plans for Improvements
Under the new ownership, Dagmars Marina will undergo a series of upgrades aimed at enhancing its boat handling and storage capacity. Notable improvements will include the acquisition of a new Conolift capable of handling boats up to 60 feet and weighing up to 80,000 lbs, as well as the addition of more than 100 covered rack spaces for boat storage. “We see tremendous potential in the marina market and are excited to elevate Dagmars Marina to new heights,” said Skip Slavin, managing partner, GT Capital.
