Jay Jennings, Neil Falkenburg/West Bay Marina, Tarin Todd/Foss Harbor Marina, and Ian Wilkinson/Foss Harbor Marina attended the recent HB 1919 bill signing with Governor Inslee (pictured above). HB 1919 allows marina owners to remove abandoned vessels after non-payment after waiting 45 rather than 90 days.
